Surgery & Procedural Appointments:
- Registered Nurse transportation to and from Outpatient Surgery or Procedure  center with 2 hours of aftercare per RN.
- After General Anesthesia: $150.00  
- After Oral Sedation: $100.00

24 Hour Care per Registered Nurse:
- Registered Nurse transportation to and from Surgery or Procedure center and care as needed. Next day  Post-Op appointment included. 
- Cost: $400.00

Post-Op and Medical Appointments:
- Registered Nurse transportation to and from Surgery center or Doctor's office.
- Cost:  $50.00  (additional fee after 20 miles)
