Surgery & Procedural Appointments:
- Registered Nurse transportation to and from Outpatient Surgery or Procedure  center with 2 hours of aftercare per RN.
- After General Anesthesia: $150.00  
- After Oral Sedation: $100.00

24 Hour Care per Registered Nurse:
- Registered Nurse transportation and care as needed. 
- Cost: $500.00

Hourly RN Care:  
- Cost: $30.00/hour  (additional travel fee over 15 miles)

Post-Op and Medical Appointments:
- Registered Nurse transportation to and from Appointment
- Cost:  $50.00  (additional travel fee over 15 miles or over  2 hours)
